In a couple of weeks time I will have sat my GCSE mock exams, applied to my sixth form college of choice, and chosen the subjects that I will be studying for the next two years at A - level. As these important events and decisions loom over my head, I watch all the teenagers that surround me panic about there future, as hugely limiting your career path at the age of 15 or 16 is daunting for most , however I have now left this majority behind me and shaped my future to follow a love of mine - which is writing.
I have took the leap and started this blog to exercise this passion of mine in a more leisurely manner than writing essays and schoolwork. I am excited to be able to release my creativity and share my thoughts and opinions with a wider audience. This blog will entail a bit of everything, with me sharing small snippets of my life along the ways, but so that every post is not as much of a ramble as this introductory one, I have decided to focus my posts mainly around Beauty and Fashion, but be ensured there will be the odd exception.
Now to learn a bit more about the writer and less about the blog, I thought I should probably tell you a bit about me. As you have probably partially guessed from the name of my blog , my name is Stevi Pearl Strachan, and only recently - on the 19th of December , I turned 16. I live in a fairly close minded town in the north west of england but fortunately for my sanity I make regular trips to my nearest city which is much more culturally developed. As time passes and as I start to build a community between me and my readers (even if there is just one) I will share more stories and information about myself, but to keep some allure and to not scare you all off I will leave it at that and for now I hoped you enjoyed my first ever post!
